You don't have to have it all figured out.

Sometimes things just feel difficult. You might be overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not quite yourself.

I offer a place where you can talk openly, take your time and work through whatever is going on for you.

A chance for us to talk and see if it feels right.

Hi, I'm Deb

I'm here to walk alongside you.

I'm a person-centred counsellor based in South Manchester. For me, counselling isn't about telling you what to do or trying to fix things for you.

It's a space where you can talk about what's happening in your life, without judgement and without pressure. You might know exactly what you want to talk about, or you might just know that something doesn't feel right. Either is completely okay.

We'll take things at your pace.
